Jon has twenty years of experience in operations due diligence and strategy consulting along with numerous corporate development roles. He has significant experience with both public and private companies as well as working with Private Equity firms and Investment Banks across a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer and industrial goods and alcohol beverage distribution.

Prior to joining The ProAction Group, Jon was the Director of Operations at a $35M turnaround consumer products company where he led the transformation of the operations group and uncovered $435K in annual savings. During his six-year tenure at Transaction Services, he has overseen over twenty buy and sell-side due diligence deals and operations assessments. A few highlights include (1) buy-side due diligence of an $800 million chemical manufacture finding $40 million in synergy worldwide and  (2) sell-side operational due diligence for a $200 million customized vehicle manufacturer uncovering $12M in future opportunity.

Earlier in his career, he executed a SKU reduction strategy for over 800 products that led to a reduction in over 200 SKUs and a savings of $500K in inventory dollars. Jon has also developed new products ranging from 50-85% gross profit along with improving and recreating the stage gate new product development process. He has been involved in manufacturing restructuring projects across Brazil, China, and Mexico with savings at $10M annually. Leading and reorganizing teams while developing strategies to grow sales, operating income, and margin is also a strength for Jon where he has worked with start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
