She has worked across industries including industrial manufacturing, medical devices, automotive, military/aerospace, and outdoor products. Kristin thrives in collaborative environments, leading alongside cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements. Her ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions has resulted in millions of dollars in cost savings. Kristin has also dedicated significant time to studying and applying international trade principles.

 

Kristin has held progressive leadership roles in supply chain management, gaining deep expertise in logistics, procurement, and operational strategy. She has successfully led large-scale ERP/WMS implementations, managed global supply chain transformations, and played a key role in preparing organizations for acquisition. 

 

• Strategic Sourcing: Developed a multi-sourcing strategy for a critical commodity, increasing leverage and control, and achieving $10M (50%) in cost savings.

• Material Handling: Led a multi-tier problem-solving initiative using data analytics and hands-on teamwork to reduce production downtime, inventory errors, and product handling. The project not only optimized efficiency but also fostered an engaged and motivated workforce.

• Logistics & International Trade Compliance: Facilitated a deep-dive analysis into escalating logistics and import costs, partnering with a cross-functional team to negotiate freight contracts, implement controls, eliminate unnecessary expenses, and strengthen trade compliance—resulting in $6M (50%) in cost savings and improved regulatory confidence.
