Nick is a results-focused change agent with over 40 years of experience executing business, operational, and financial strategies to drive improved efficiencies, profits and sustainable growth supporting Consumer Packaged Goods and Food Service Products Manufacturing and adjacent business services for publicly traded, privately owned, and private equity businesses.

Prior to joining ProAction Group, Nick held a myriad of manufacturing plant and corporate roles including, but not limited to, Vice President of Operations, Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Engineering, Plant Manager, Capital Planner, and Center of Excellence Engineer leading and supporting everything from multimillion dollar lean driven cost improvement projects to business acquisition and plant consolidations.

As the Vice President of Operations, a few of Nick’s accomplishments include identifying a path to unhide 50% capacity improvements by implementing a Lean continuous improvement process supporting $60M in revenue growth, leading a project to support $16M of strategic material sourcing savings and developed the strategy to recapitalized assets to provide capacity to support $9M in business growth.

Nick has also implemented Lean-based continuous improvement processes to increase finished goods capacity by 20% to support $40M in revenue growth for a food packaging industry plant. At consumer packaging goods company, he rebuilt and reorganized the plant engineering teams to better support and improve plant operations, as well as convert the hourly workforce of 90% temporaries to 80% fulltime employee, improving safety, quality, and better serving the business seasonality.
