  • Like QofE, but with a focus on Operations

  • We evaluate over 60 different Operational Risks as we assess the company’s ability to continue past demonstrated performance

    • Like a Real Estate Purchase, we provide the type of information a home inspector buys. The QofE validates the valuation of the business by vetting EBITDA. The Assessor does something similar in a real estate purchase. The home inspector checks the house for things that would degrade the value of the hose post close.​

  • Our Segmentation tools analyze the Customer, SKU and Inventory profitability.  We calculate realized and unrealized capacity.  We prepare proforma Income Statements and Balance Sheets reflecting the future state with risks and hidden opportunities addressed.

  • We also estimate the capex and steps required to address undisclosed risks and hidden opportunities.

  • Onboard the new portco. (We do for operations what you do already for finance and reporting)

  • Stabilize (if needed), addressing risks and tolerated mediocrity

  • Get ahead of plan. Simply execute tactical “low hanging fruit”. Often 10% to as much as 100% increase in EBITDA (although not common)

  • Define what success looks like

  • Build the value creation plan and the momentum needed to develop the team to execute

  • Get to the root causes to solve problems and get rid of pain

  • Lead, facilitate and deliver results through Results Based Training (except for dire turnaround situations)

  • Build and generate value (that shows up on the financials!)
