Todd Scherbing has over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, operations, project management, lean manufacturing, negotiations, human resources, supply chain/logistics, and business development.  Tood is Safety, Health, Environment, and Risk Management (SHERM) certified and has successfully led the charge to develop organizations’ most important assets. Prior to joining The ProAction Group, Todd has held senior leadership positions with Smithfield Foods, JBSSA, and Griffin Industries, where he led domestic and international divisions through dynamic improvement initiatives and growth.  As the President of Compass Consulting, Todd has guided businesses through revenue stream and cost development, process efficiency maximization, leadership development, team building, team building, quality/safety development, supply chain/logistics efficiency modeling and professional negotiation assistance.  Todd has led the building of three greenfield business buildouts, guiding the process through conception, development, benchtop, pilot and ultimate plant build. He also led a plant rebuild project with an extremely compact timeline that was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
